October 2010, the world cup already seems ages ago but we still seem to be in vuvuzela spirit. The past year has been kind to us and the new showroom has certainly added to the success of ELDC ! If you haven't visited us yet, please feel free to pop in. We have enlarged our portfolio with 3 'new' ranges. Ma&de and Manamana from Italy and Axis71 from Belgium. Also these extra ranges fit perfectly in what ELDC stands for : original design, top quality and nothing less. We sometimes feel sorry for those people who make illegal copies - who try to make money on the back of designers and make their clients waste their money on poor quality items. It's a crime and should be treated as one ! Let us celebrate creativity and originality and please enjoy this newsletter ! Marc

The company is quite literally illuminating: their newest collection of design lighting will indeed provide the consumer with a clearer view. Axis71 can be considered a true 'couturier' in lighting, furniture and objects. We take particular care of the details, so our lamps will match any interior, all over the world."

SLAMP
eldc // ROYAL BOTANIA
SLAMP This season we introduce two completely new designs by young designers Elodie Longo and Adriano Rachele, plus a couple of extensions to important design families. The reflections and refractions of Rachele's Mille Bolle table lamp add subtle innovation to the Slamp range. With its tiny construction of bubble shapes, it creates lighting magic from its micro-halogen source. On the other hand Longo's Girafiore evokes a wonderland with its giant petals. It's the perfect lighting solution in a whole variety of spaces where fresh simplicity is of the essence.

ROYAL BOTANIA You could regard the products under the RED LABEL umbrella, as our "light" collection. Light in this case does not necessarily refer to their weight, even though when developing the range the focus was on an economical use of material without compromising the overall quality and refinement, a feature that has given the Royal Botania brand its worldwide appreciation. In this RED LABEL family two lines of chairs called QT and BOKZ are complemented with the SEXION table range. The latter comes in a variety of colours, sizes and materials so as to ensure, you can find that perfect match. Obviously all these pieces can be nicely combined with other families of the Royal Botania collection, so we leave it to you to be creative.
